How to use your Wooly Heroes

How many to use

• Small or medium load: 3 to 6 balls.
• Large load: all 6.

More balls means more movement in the drum, so if a heavy load (towels, bedding) still feels damp, add the full set.

Every load

1. Put your wet laundry in the dryer with the balls.
2. Dry as usual. You can skip dryer sheets and liquid fabric softener.
3. Leave the balls in the dryer, ready for next time.
4. Empty the lint trap. That’s where the pet hair and fluff end up.

What about scent?

Wooly Heroes have no added fragrances. We recommend using them without added oils. Always follow your dryer manufacturer’s instructions.

A friendly heads-up about fuzz

Your dryer balls are made from premium wool with intensive needling. Over time they keep felting, becoming smoother and more compact. A little pilling at first is completely natural and won’t affect how they work. In fact, you may find they work even better over time.

If you’d like them to look neat, just trim any loose fibres with scissors.

Looking after them

• Keep them in the dryer between loads, or back in their drawstring bag.
• They work for up to 1,000 loads. When they’ve done their time, they’re 100% wool with no synthetic fillers.
